We believe the risk-adjusted return within the Internet Technology sector can be excellent, and has produced some of our clients’ most impressive returns. However, investments in this sector are notoriously difficult to risk manage, and virtually impossible to hedge.

We lean towards patentable properties developed by teams with a well documented successful track record, but focus very hard on deal structure and terms.

We only source deals for existing clients, and our preference is to combine very high target returns into a principal protected structured solution.
