Our appetite for Real Assets is strictly limited to portfolios of property where either the seller (but not the assets) is distressed, or the portfolio is tenanted according to a theme (such as students, medical or branded hospitality related), or complicated debt structures are in place.

For those limited situations, we look to execute a pre-defined set of tactics designed to produce significantly protected arbitrage opportunities for either a single client or a structured product for distribution to a pool of investors.
